Time to Make It: 30 minutes Yield: 8 bundles Ingredients 1 pound fresh green beans, ends trimmed 4 pieces prosciutto 3 TB butter, melted (preferably Plugra Salted Butter) salt and pepper Instructions
- Place the green beans into a steamer and steam until soft-tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Place the green beans in a large mixing bowl or on a large baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Slice the prosciutto in half, lengthwise. Divide the green beans into 8 bundles. Gently tie the bundles together with a prosciutto slice.
